Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the StyleGrid website at stylegrid.appsrow.com and the StyleGrid Webflow App / Designer Extension (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
StyleGrid helps you browse, customize, and import style guides and design tokens into Webflow sites via Webflow’s Designer Extension and related APIs. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You need a valid Webflow account and appropriate permissions on any site where you install or run StyleGrid. StyleGrid itself does not require a separate StyleGrid login for local workspace saves.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt hosting or APIs
- Do not reverse engineer except where allowed by law
- Respect third-party licenses for any style systems you import or link to (including Client-First, Lumos, and other catalog entries)
- Do not use the Service for unlawful content or activity
4. Intellectual property
StyleGrid branding, original StyleGrid token packs, and our software remain our property (or our licensors’). You keep ownership of your Webflow sites and your customized guide copies. Catalog entries marked as external-only are not redistributed by StyleGrid; follow the official source links and licenses.
5. Webflow platform
The Service depends on Webflow. Webflow’s terms and availability apply. We are not responsible for Webflow outages, API changes, or actions taken in your Webflow workspace.
6. Local data & backups
Workspace guides are stored locally in your browser unless we later offer an optional cloud feature. Clear browser data may delete those guides. You are responsible for exporting or recreating work you need to keep.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Imports into Webflow may be partial; always review results in Designer before publishing a site.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleGrid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of site data arising from use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
